Help Identifying Fuel pump

Hey,

I have this fuel pump with no markings apart from what seems to be Altan? on the top plastic part where + and - is marked for the plug. It has a part number of some sort on the black part on the side of the top 318D4A, The 31 is in larger text then the rest, and stamped next to the outlet is 8D3. Was in a 2jz soarer with a td06 etc making good power from japan. Have searched on the net and found nothing..

After any information that anyone has that will help identify this fuel pump, or possibly identify it for me.
