Which Automatic Gearboxes Work With JZX81 1JZ-GTE ECU?

Hey Guys, I blew a bottom end on the JZX81 1JZ-GTE engine transplanted in my MX83 Cressida and the gearbox doesn't select reverse any more. What are my options going forward to fix the problem? Can I get a 1jz auto halfcut and use the gearbox and long motor? For Diagnosis I'll list the specs below:

JZX81 Engine and Gearbox
Microtech LTS8 with X6 Igniters
Garret Single Turbo on appropriate manifold - Internally gated
3" dump to 3" exhaust
FMIC + piping
Hydrofan setup

There are basically no JZX81 anythings available, so are parts from say a jzx90 half cut or Soarer half cut able to be used? The wiring at the moment is a head fuck to say the least - I assume that would also need to be redone?

Just get a 1j long block and put all your bits onto it, probably can find one for $800.

As for gearbox if you want to keep auto just ask around. I'm sure somebody has a few sitting around doing nothing. I sold mine for $50 after I converted to manual...

Twin turbo 1UZ with R154....if only something like that would pop up for sale on here cheap sometime.....

I'm going to go the new gearbox/long motor route. What automatic gearboxes are interchangable with the JZX81 ECU? A parts supplier told me any 1JZ auto will work, but I've read only JZX90 boxes with the loom plugs are an option.

Any insight into the matter would be muchly appreciated - unfortunately the box isnt out of the car yet so I cannot get the details off the plate.

JZA70/JZX81/JZZ30/JZX90 should all be fine with that ecu. JZX100 is different to all others including early 2JZ.
