Default High idling 4AC after engine swap

So yesterday I dropped a 4ac in my daily bus (KE70 wagon) yesterday after losing a cylinder in the last engine. The new engine runs fine, when cold it idles about 1400rpm but once it is warm this climbs to 2000-2300rpm which seems quite excessive to me. I would like to know what could be causing this and how I can make the car idle normally once it is warm.

    Cheers, Kieran

p.s. Also I have tried playing with the idling screw and timing and this made hardly any difference.

intake leak somewhere... or the stop screw that limits the throttle movement... or the throttle cable position (too tight so is pulling on throttle)
    etc
