Default Clutch Master Cylinder - Need As Short As Possible

So what is available and how short?
The V8 in my KE70 Corolla Ute is leaving me very little room, 35-40mm head to firewall but have another 15mm to the actual pedal box so can easily recess through the firewall. Most I have looked at are around 80mm (AE86, AE82 etc) so any ideas ideas on something shorter that can be adapted will be much appreciated.

what about something out of a van? Hiace etc... how about a bell crank, to turn the M/C 90 degrees?

I recently fitted a pajero clutch master in my ra28.. was heaps shorter than factory unit.
I can get exact measurements tomorrow if needed.. But a lot more of the body protrudes inside and basically all that sticks out of the firewall is enough for the fluid bowl.

Measurements on that would be good Joel, looks like it might be a little long though. This is the space I have to work with -

No I hadn't cheers for the link. Still looks too long though, remote mount reservoir was already the plan.

As has been mentioned you might have to go a bell crank & turn it 90 degree & actually mount it inside the cabin with a remote reservoir outside ..

The other option i thought is to remove the cam cover & actually notch out a section in it & re-weld to give you the clearance, obviously make sure that it wont foul on anything inside the motor though ..

Looks like the Brake booster is going to be a tight squeeze too ..

Use a reverse set-up - Instead of the brake lever being hinged at the top and the pushrod going forwards through the firewall, hinge the pedal down a little and have the pushrod & master cylinder coming back into the cabin. A bit tricky to build & fit, but they work.

Either that or have floor-mounted pedals and have the master cylinders sitting low ->
