3s tuning help!

Hi just moved to Melbourne and have no contacts down here. Looking for reccomendations for a performance shop to tune my caldina. If anyone knows of a good 3s tuner it would be much appreciated.
Ps.... Where are all the caldina/gt4s in Melbourne! Only seen 2 in 5mnths of being here.

By tuning do you mean you have an aftermarket computer, or do you require a reliable workshop for service tuning (timing, etc)?
