I've been working on building my 4agte powered ke70 for a while now and am finally at the stage for tuning.

My specs are:
ae101 4agze motor 8.9:1 comp
Haltech E6x
480cc Rx7 injectors
TD05-14B turbo
2.5 inch dump, separate 2inch wastegate pipe (joins exhaust just before cat)
2.5inch mandrel exhaust
450*300*76 Intercooler

I've lined up a friend who has experience in tuning but not 4a motors.

What I'm chasing is other peoples experiences with tuning their 4agte's. It could be tips on tuning the motor (optimal afr, or timing advice etc), or just write up your specs and power figures to give a general idea of what to expect.The only specific question I have is what max boost would you recommend for this turbo/setup?

Basically, I don't want the tune to be too conservative, so having as much advice/information as possible will be a huge help.
