ps. this is for my old GX81 that my mate owns now with a 2JZ/R154

so would he actually need a master cyl for a R154 or would a GX81 / W58 master cyl work on the r154??

A jzx90 master cylinder will bolt up to the mx83. I`m using a 94` camry master cylinder with a camry clutch pedal and it works perfectly with the r154 slave.

You mean slave cylinder? if so no they are different between the W58 and R154 as i got both of them.

I have a clutch master cylinder i got no use of as i got a JZA80 one im using.

Unsure if its a X81 or a A70 one but they both look the same.

i have a JZA80 pedal box and clutch master and they fit without no problem in my MX83, i was pretty surprised it fitted fine.

is he using the twins or going single?

Hes running twinies he will need to use a JZA80 clutch master cylinder thats if hes using the JZX81 engine mounts and stuff. Unless he made custom mounts and shit then he might get away with the normal a70/x81 master cylinder.

Cause if you gonna use the original a70/x81 clutch master cylinder it will hit on the rear turbo. Thats why i went to a JZA80 item should be same as x90/100's/z30 aswell i think, correct me if im wrong though.

    Link here shows it all.
