Timing problem... Engine won't start!

Hi all, I've just finished changing the water pump on my 89 Toyota Corona 2lt ( ST171 )
But.... now it won't start! I think I've put the timing out ...What is the correct timing position for the 3s FE please?

Thanks for helping me out ...I don't know my way around computers that well to know where to look...I typed in Toyota Corona 2 lt ST171 on google but I got nothing . That's why I got onto Toymods because I knew someone would be able to help me out( like yourself !).By the way what is ..".aitnet.org " is it a search engine like google ?
