7M-GTE misfire after ECU install

Installed a Haltech on my 7M and got it going, all is well. However, at rpm and while cruisin around town, it misfires. Here are the symptoms:

• Assume ignition miss - AFRs drop to below 11:1
• Plugs are new
• Leads only 5 years old
• Coilpacks resistance within spec (but varies? Between 0.3-0.5ohm but will wander up to around 0.9-1.1 ohm and back????)
• Wired up Toyota 24-1 CAS using Haltech diagrams
• Timing and fuel curves ok
• Earths ok
• CAS wiring is shielded until probably 130mm before CAS to allow for plugs etc
• Using Haltech triple channel ignitor

check fuel pressure, fuel flow, fuel pump is the pump running 100% or not and relay.

cheers mate, turned out to be throttle pumps getting set of by an erratic TPS signal
