is there any way to check if you have a leaking injector apart from getting it flow tested?

    Not really.
Except for rough engine and hefty fuel consumption.

You could bridge the pump to run constantly and then open the throttle and smell (crank the engine over a couple of times by hand, disconnect the CAS first).
But you'd need to make sure there was no smell of fuel before trying.

I think the actual problem was the AFM, it was adjusted and it wouldnt turn over unless u give it throttle.. but it had to be a lot of throttle lol. so by doing the "Flood mode" thing it got passed the AFM trying to stall it.. its all good though. doesnt help when the battery dies when your trying to turn it over too lol

No Toyotas have flood mode as far as I know. Commodes do, and lots of others.
