thats not normal, the stock ECU usually dumps that much fuel in when it picks up knock, but it also pulls the ignition advance out to protect the engine too. Are there any fault codes logged on the ECU?

Maybe try another ECU, could be a problem with the ECU capacitors.

That's exactly what my afr curve looked like when mine made 183kw on 11PSI...
