how serious are they about this:
To be accepted any Competitor who seeks to drive under a CAMS Level 2S or CAMS Level 2SJ
must have previously competed in a supersprint and be capable of producing evidence to that fact.
Last time i ran a sprint was in 2003, I found my licence from that year but that is it, I have only been competing in autocross lately (speed event on dirt)
...hey what's not to say that your 2003 sprint doesn't count. I wouldn't think they would be that strict on it, you pay your money, turn up, go racing.........drive like a dick and you would be off the track in 5 minutes but that's hardly gonna happen. Essentially it's a case of watch your mirrors like a hawk, don't hold anyone up and you are fine.
If you are that concerned about it then ring up the organisers and ask their opinion. They may be good about it or they may stick to their rules. Best of luck with it![]()
