1G-GTE W58 grinding noise Ga70

hey all

i just picked up my Ga70 supra today as im just starting to go over it, its got a really weird noise from underneath the car

motor goes fine, sounds fine, no smoke or anything but its got a massive scrap noise when on or off load in gear, sounds like either the throwout bearing is fucked or something is grinding

the clutch feels great, no slip, the gearbox is smooth and firm but the sound is
fair loud, what gets me is its perfectly quiet on a flat cruse (ie just touching the accelerator while doing whatever speed) but once you let off the pedal or accelerate the noise comes back,

it also goes with speed also but as soon as i put the clutch in it goes quiet,

also it doesnt make the noise when in neural either so yeah


im still yet to get under the car to see anything as its been pissing down rain all day so far but i drove the car 120kms home and no problems so yeah

i tore it all apart this afternoon after the rain stopped and its ust the bearings clapped out in the diff
