well the TCCA drag day has been run and won
and will definately be run again next year
congratulations to Joey for winning dial your own
Wombat for fastest 60 ft and fastest over 2 litre even though it is under 2 litre
going by the smiles I saw people were well fed had a ball and the option was there to have about 15 to 20 runs if people desired
I even think the cruise up there was enjoyed by all
well those that could do more than 50 kph up hills enjoyed themselves
comiserations to Rob whose st16poo (as he put it ) had to come home on the trailer
this happened just after we got the MR2 strapped down

So ladies and gents if you want a good day remember this will be an annual event
    regards

Well, as usual, i'm totally wrecked from another long but enjoyable day.

I had mixed success. Sometimes i beat Joey by a lot, sometimes i only beat him by a little bit. Hopefully next time i'll get some consistency happening.
Hehehe... just kidding JoeyJoJo. We all know you're the one with the trophy.

Some pics Ed sent me from his phone.

Haha simon you bastard. I had a great day, learnt alot about the car and that drag racing isnt just about dropping the clutch and flooring it.
I had a best time of 14.4, struggling with traction and axle tramp, but hey ill admit the cressi was better on the day

    Thanks for organising this one.

I heard about that. I think it must've been less than half an hour after i left. The last thing you said to me was "it's been a good day, i haven't blown up my motor", or something to that effect. I think you jinxed yourself bro.

Me, Ed and Joey saw your car go past on the back of the trailer when we were stopped in Wallan. It's lucky the Newmans brought their trailer or it would have been a real pain in the arse trying to get your car home.
