please dont T peice your oil feed line straight off the block. get some braided lines made (2 x 50cm) and remote mount the T peice/oil pressure sensor and turbo oil feed. the lines shouldnt cost any more than ~ $125 from enzed, it is worth doing over having a T peice crack off the block and possible engine failure from oil lose.
log manifolds may not be the best, but they do work and can still help produce good numbers with a good matched turbo. i use and like the ol log.![]()

Thanks for the advise.
yes please! can your thow some pictures up?
Here is how I have it on mine. At first, years ago, I had a brass T piece coming straight off the block and it snapped off from engine vibration. I had to get a thread repair guy to come and remove the broken bit from my block.
So I got this flexible line made up and problem fixed.
The oil feed comes from the pressure sensor spot and the oil return goes into the sump, which has had a hose return pipe welded on to it.
For water pipes, just use T pieces on your hater pipes.

That is awesome! thanks champ.
Will be doing exact same![]()
hello again,
I am nearly complete my turbo charging install.
Just need to get it to the exhaust shop.
What belt or size do I need for the waterpump?
Minus the supercharger now. How do I measure?
how are you going to tension the belt? have you mounted a 4age alternator onto the inlet side to be used to tension the belt.
which of course you'll need a 4age water outlet (off the head) as it has the top alt mount/adjustment and the pipe from it that runs under the inlet manifold.
I think he retained the gze alternator, so he just has the waterpump on the inlet side, i'd imagine he needed to keep ps, aircon ect on the exhaust side.
I guess you still have a tensioner pulley for the waterpump belt? otherwise i have no idea how your doing this.
kinda need more details of your setup
I have totally forgot about that part!
Can I still use the old tensioner pulley in there?
Car ae92 gtz 4agze, afm dli. Still have Air con, power steering.
Top mount manifold, r32 turbo, big port inlet manifold and ford FPV front mount.
Everything is hooked up, tomorow after work will need to double check and tighten all bolts and clamps and ready to go. Now just need a solution for the waterpump belt.
From memory, the water pump/supercharger tensioner can be left on the engine when the supercharger is removed.
I remember it not being taken out when I serviced my supercharger.
yes, but it cannot tension the belt when there is water pump pulley only on that side.
Well all fitted and running today. It is possible to run just the water pump and the old tensioner. Done it and it works. Need the right length belt for it. I tested 4 belts (4pk715, 4pk705, 4pk700 and 4pk695) but the belt 4pk700 fit perfect and tensioned probably. But you got to take 4 bolts holding the waterpump pulley off to slide the belt on. But overall it was a success!
So far it is well within the budget and I get to keep everything. But might spend that extra money on heat wrap.
Vacumm hoses are everywhere but it works. If anyone have a pic of the vacum for the tvis manifold would be really helpful! I removed the tvis butterfly and it idle about 1000rpm.
And how to you diagnose check for engine codes? My engine light is on and I have a few plugs hanging.
Cheers all

good to hear. so you can tension the belt with the old tensioner when the belt stretches?
it didnt seem to want to work when i tried it years ago, i must not of had my tongue pointing the right way.![]()
