Invent a combined injector/spark plug for easy DIY retrofit to any vehicle.

Hmmmmmmmmm, have finely drilled holes up through the threaded section of the plug. The injection can come out in a fog centrally located with the spark plg dead center in the fog...........

Me like this idea.... Extend the steel above the socket part, have it drilled like a banjo bolt, have a fuel rail slip over and tighten over each section, then have the electrode come up a bit higher for the wire to connect free of the fuel rail........

might be easier to incorporate the spark plug into a valve, and put the injector in the spark plug hole
