7MGTE sump mods, and water pump and harmonic balancer replacement?

Here's a few pics of a pan I had modded a while back. To cut the pan I used whats known here as a zip disc, It's a very thin wheel used on an angle grinder. I don't know what you guys might call it in your part of the world

If your going to use these make sure your grinder has a guard(these cut through gloves like a knife through butter) wear a face shield or welding helmet and stand little to the side. If you jam the disc or break it, it could fly apart. You don't want your face anywhere near if that happens.

Sorry that last post came out all wrong. Cutting it and doing the fab on it is sumthing that i can do with my eyes closed, im looking for dry sum set up info. Tank info like breathers and baffels. Possibly looking to go for gravity feed and not use scavenger pump for the return ( Iv got plenty space to mount the tank under the motor) Think gravity feed will be playing with fire ?

OK, I've been talking with my toyota dealer today, and they have said that there is no 7MGTE water pumps in the country, and to expect a month to get one from Japan.
Anyone got any thoughts on where to get a genuine ( I assume its an Aisin???) pump, or if any aftermarket replacement ones are actually of any decent quality?

Just get a GE one , i cant tell the difference between them .
