Updates.

RNA showgroungs appears to be our best bet.

The only issue as with hiring any venue is the costs. With enough businesses attending this won't be difficult to over come. Late next week i'll be talking with Supercheapauto and Autobarn.

If you know of anyone else please let me know.

Short term I'm catching up with friends for a small cruise to enjoy my Ke30.
It'll be on the 21st of March. The cruise will be out to a BYO BBQ lunch and back to the Yatala Drive-In for some popcorn.

Anyone who has any thoughts on what we could use as a destination for what i hope to have over 300+ cars.

I've had some suggestions of finding a large car park or oval we can request access to for the final destination... anyone know a suitable area that could end up having over 300+ cars attending.

I have just seen the "baysideclub" (http://www.baysideclub.org.au/) having over 350 attendees last year :O and that's just cars over 30+ years :O

I hope to catch up with them over the next week to ask how they went about organizing for so many vehicles.

Details for the cruise have been updated.

If anyone has contact with businesses that would benifet from participating please invite them to visit the site and make contact with me.

The RNA showgrounds will be our final destination. The cruise will either be a direct route or something a little more scenic (open to suggestions).

We can fit over 400+ cars under cover or we can take over a couple of the outside areas and host an additional 600+ .

I would love to have the issue of having to turn people away.

As with the top post I will be getting together with friends to enjoy my Ke30. Everyone is more than welcome to join us. We're going to the drive-in afterwards to get some popcorn.
