A few of you guys should know I work with a few amusement operators/carnies, if you wish - the guys that have, tents, lights, sound systems, licenced music etc.

Give me a list of what you may be needing and I'll see what I can get and for how much

So how does this thing work? Like what time do we need to get up there on Saturday as I am stayin saturday night. Do we just pitch a tent near the cars or is there a dedicated spot for camping? Are many others staying the night?

In theory we should be getting more notification from the Motorplex with entry passes and set up instructions in the near future.. Thanks for giving us a lot of notice Motorplex!

But yeah.. I'm gonna go and set up on Friday arvo/evening so theres less to do on Saturday.. hopefully most people can do the same.

I'm not familiar with the camping set up as I haven't camped there before.. maybe a couple of other people can shed some light on that one..

    Cheers

ahh Ben - you're still alive!

I may try and get everyone together to discuss the layout before motorvation.. but it will all depend on when I know the layout!..
Hope the Supra is polished up and ready for display!

should we meet up at someones house like during the week to discuss ??

what time do we have to rock up on the saturday??

or maybe just organise it here..........draw a basic map and get everyone to put their cars, names on a spot so we can be organised

also, tried getting some more stickers today, but the place was closed, so i'll try next monday

As soon as I hear from the Motorplex, I'll welcome everyone to my place for the an evening of chatter.
Set up and times of arrival will be discussed, and hopefully should be detailed by further notification from the Motorplex soon.
If I haven't heard from them (Motorplex) by the end of the week I'll give them a call and find out whats happening so we can prepare a bit of a display...

Sounds like it is gonna be awesome, can't wait for it, I just need to tidy up the wiring after the computer had finished being tuned, and get the interior/exterior and engine bay looking schmicko. May have some new work rims for the event too

Ok.. organised a couple of things today..

I'll be picking up official 'OST' signage probably tomorrow..

Called the Motorplex and they said the detailed entrants guide, entry passes/camping passes etc etc will be mailed out tomorrow.. so hopefully expect a delivery in the mail Monday next week.

Oh.. and the OST website should be up and running again after some faulty server problems. So I'll get some domain name stickers run up as well in case anyone wants to add to their car for MV'06.

    Cheers
