The rules are that you can put any engine of any age into any car (and can only go so much bigger before havng to change suspension, brakes etc) the only problem is that it needs to be to the emmision standards of the car!!

So aslong as you set it up to those rules you will be sweet!!

In Victoria, you must meet pollution standards of whichever is newer, engine or car.
