You can reuse the EFI Main Relay to trigger the EMS, or you can ditch it and use a new relay.
Circuit Opening Relay can go.
Pump Relay Control is usually an earth that you use to earth/trigger the Fuel Pump Relay (you'll provide a new one for this).
Pump resistor and factory pump relay can be gotten rid of (they are there to run the pump at 9volts when motor is not under much load)

Thanks for that cruz, A guy on the AEM forum has explained how the green "pump relay control" wire works (most guys there are completely useless when it comes to the DualSport, which is why I’ve been asking for help here),
So that would explain why the relay that came with it has two outputs, one for the fuel pump, and one for the coils. That input switch at pin 6 can be used for a few things like increasing the idle by a percentage, or increasing fuel/ign when running nitro, but I’ll just use it to switch between two different engine mapsWhen you turn on your ignition, The green wire (PRC) is active so it can prime the fuel lines etc, then shuts down after about 4 secs.
Then when you start the engine, it sees the crank signal which inturn powers up the fuel pump and coils again and keeps them running, as long as there is a crank signal.
Looking at yours again, i see you've set the unit and the injectors to be switched via the ignition, I originally figured thats how things would be wired up, but then looking at the wiring diagram that came with the ems software saw it had them both directly connected to 12v, do you think there'd be a reason for this?
Yeah, Microtech diagrams show connecting them straight to the battery as well, but I find that a stupid idea.
I've got everything switched through a relay.
