    Its been a while, but if I remember correctly, you have to carefully take the knobs and plastic panel out of the front of the heater controls and there is a screw in there. Cant be 100% but I remember having to do something like this on my 28

    Edit: Just had a quick look and yep, there are two screws behind there, and when I say plastic panel, I mean the matt plastic surround for the heater controls, not to lever off the 'glass' piece that lights up.
