    I think you are wrong!

    Exhibit A: 1JZ cam sensor the same as 2JZ cam sensor. According to the Toyota Parts Catalogue anyway

    Also did you measure the AFRs after putting 440cc injectors on a stock 1JZ ECU? I suspect they were shite.

    dang, I wonder if its a jzz30 related issue? We couldnt get a 2JZ-GTE to work with a 1JZ soarer ecu...the factory Z30 1JZ ecu did manage the 440's without a piggyback, just needed resetting of the ecu. The dyno showed them still dipping into the low 10:1's just as the factory does with the 380cc factory 1JZ's...

    Reckon you could have a look at the crank and tps part numbers Wilbo? Not wanting to hijack, but as its related to JZ conversions, it would probably help a few of us..
