ae82 spring rate

Hey all

Im buying a set of weld on coilovers and im wondering what spring rate would be best for my rolla

I've pretty much got a choice from 5.5kg all the way through to 12kg (which I think would be ridiculously stiff)

The cars a daily driver with the odd track time both drag and soon to be circuit, as well as cruises etc

So any help would be useful

I used to have 8kg spring rate on my old AE82 track car ... corners well, drives ok on road too
