Celsior cruise control

I've had a bit of a search of a couple of different forums, but so far only come up with suggestions to suit Soarer's. Does anyone know how to make early Celsior cruise control work at any speed easily like the Soarer, or would it be necessary to put a signal divider on the input signal?
