While I cant comment on injectors, your links arent working.
in the market for some largish injectors (around 1000cc) so have been doing some reading up on whats good and whats not..
bit of back ground on my specific application:
EMS 8860
1jz (converted to top feed injectors) + gt30r = expect to make around the 4-450 hp mark on pump, bit more on E85 and possibly switch to methanol at later date.
doubt id ever make over 5-550hp with the setup.
can get some used PTE (rochesters) 1000cc for about $320 which have seen about 6k km..
now i was leaning towards a set ofnew RC injectors which i have later found out are just badged lucas ones and read on an rx7 forum that they dont atomise that well and linked to this youtube clip
(3rd one in from left = lucas)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-MjD...eature=related
then found this clip comparing 6 different types, again the lucas is the 3rd from the left and the bloke in the vid mentions that they are better suited to hi performance applications and turbo cars...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Emnax...eature=related
a bit more searching and i found this article written by rc engineering themselves about injectors in general which seems to have some valid points..
http://suprasonic.org/public_html/so...rs/RCtech.html
keen to see what other people think about that article written above, and which injectors they would recommend in the 1000cc range..
please dont bother replying if your just going to say what injectors your running and happy with without reading the article
cheers

1000cc for 320$ and you debating?.... go buy some 1000cc sards brand new and compare the price difference then see how you like them
dont want to buy any old injectors because they cheap![]()

Read the RC article........
I've had RC injectors in my AE86 for about 6 years now(70k miles+ or -). I've passed emissions testing here, so although RC appear designed for performance... they are emissions capable. Besides emissions compliance, I've also managed to achieve 30.5 mpg on a 900 mile trip(85% highway) I took last year
Now as to volume... in an AE86, you can imagine I'm NOT running 1000cc, but 230cc
Information is POWER... learn the facts!!
I'm grabbing a couple of sets of Injector Dynamics modified Bosch units after reading a lot of online reviews and speaking to a few local tuners who have used them. They're not the cheapest but they are sold in matched sets, come with all data for your voltage/pressure compensation table setup and have excellent atomisation.
I'm changing out my Sard 800's for a set of ID725's in one of my cars to see how they compare at low pulsewidths, I'm currently undecided on what size to get for the second set, either the 725's or 1000's for my VVTI 2J/GT35R combo. Speaking to the tuners it looks like the 1000's have no problems at all for street driven cars that spend a lot of time at very low pulsewidths so I'm leaning towards giving those a try.
