    Hi everyone.

    Al from Newcastle here.

I have become sick of fixing my Bimmer every week so I thought I'd have a change of scenery and fix something else every week. Looking at buying a factory 4AGE Corolla over the next few months and thought joining here to ask a few questions would be a good start.

Hey Guys, Just joined today and loving the info on this forum.

Previously owned many Corollas, KE20s, Ke30, KE70s and SX Liftback.

My recent project is KE70 Corolla. Currently very stock while it gets a full resto.

Can’t wait to hit some events and cruises.

    Cheers
    Vince

My name is Michael Yount - I'm retired in Charlotte, NC, USA. Glad to connect with other vintage Toyota fans across the big pond. Back in the late 80's I raced a '74 Corolla TE27 in Sports Car Club of America. Since then, I've wanted another and recently came across a really clean, restored TE21 in Texas. Picked it up in November, 2019. The previous owner did a great job on the BIG stuff - paint/body/interior/drivetrain. However, there are a lot of little details that need attention -- working on those now. Looking forward to re-educating myself about these cars - and learning from you folks.

Looks awesome Michael! Cant wait to see your build. Looks like you already have a lot done and hopefully only minor junk to contend with.

    G'day everyone! Liam here.

For the last ten years or so I have owned a 1989 Corolla SX hatch. Up until last year it was my daily drive. She has picked up a few bumps and scrapes in that time, but over all was a very reliable car to get around in. I have kept the car pretty much stock. Ithese things have so much character that modifying what is already a unique vehicle has never been much of a temptation for me. The goal is now to preserve and maintain now that I can avoid shopping centre car parks, and when the world gets back to normal hopefully get out on a cruise with some of the members of this forum! Cheers :)

    Hello.

I'm Chris. I've recently gotten back behind the wheel of a Corolla. I managed to buy a bucket list car, KE15 Sprinter with a 4AGE swapped in. I had a deposit on a GR86, but when this popped up, it was too good to say no to.
It needs some work to get back on the road, but I'm very chuffed.

    Cheers

    Chris
