Wakefield Park Track Day - Friday November 6th!!

I will be there bards and your very welcome to come, but i won't be punting it around the track just yet.

I haven't really had a chance to even test my car on the road without finding issues to fix so i don't think the track would go so well.

So far need to do rear bushes and rear engine mount cz my car is trying to kill me on and off power.

I think my front rotors are warped, only slightly can only feel it under heavy breaking at speed. But i'll do my brake upgrade before it hits the track. (waiting for caliper rebuild kit from japan)

Oil cooler and temp sender i will try fix this weekend or very shortly after

So i'm definately in for the next track day.

I've got two friends coming down, im sure they wont mind taking you for a spin if your keen to do that bards.

Well i'm getting tyres delivered to work tomorrow arvo, working all sat from first thing, and still not sure if i need new brakes. Don't really know when i'm getting tyres fitted, and have given up hope of an alignment. And all my tools are still at a different location to my car and garage. And it really needs a wash, it's filthy.

But it's the Rolla, and it'll be there and running strong no matter what.

Umm i'll head down thrusday night. Wont leave my place till approx 8:30pm tho, won't finish work till 8 unless i can get someone to cover me, which i'm doubtful of.

So if you wanna meet me at my place thursday night we can drive down in the adub, and then u'll be working on your car at your mums that weekend correct? so u'll be close anyway.

I'm keen to come down to spectate & bum rides, but my car won't be ready in time for any track work (springs leaving NZ on Saturday).

Plus there's always good shenanigans before/after the event.

I'll confirm on the weekend accomodation night(s).

Does anyone want me to bring firewood? I've just dismantled my front deck (after undoing 3 bolts, it took very little persuasion) & I've good to get rid of it somehow.
It's painted though so fumes may be good for getting high...
