hello
k ive found a little information thanks to adsports post..... still wondering if its got a magnetic clutch on them or is that only some models?
and whats the ABV ?? im assuming air bypass valve?... does it work off inlet pressure or something?
everything u need to know is in this thread!
it's not too hard to mount up the sc14.. just make up a few brackets here and there..
i chucked an sc12 on my mini.. a friend put the sc14 on his r31 without too much screwing around..

thanks dude... just wondering about the magnetic clutch thats all
its a magnetic clutch like an A/C, switched on with 12v (and 8-10"hg on gze ecu) you can take the pulley off if you like and get one machined up to replace, i cant remember how many teeth the main shaft has on the blower.
the abv is on the pressure side of the blower and bypasses the air over a preset pressure.
need pix ? i can take some.
i dont have a funny or cool signature.
sorry dude..
forgot to post up the link to the thread i was talkin bowt.

The clutch for SC14 is damn hard to find nowdays. You have three options for the clutch (if you need one), you can either build an adaptor plate and mount an SC12 clutch failry cheaply/easily, buy an aftermarket pulley from the Pulley Bros or other retailer and lastly ditch the clutch idea and build a custom pulley to run the SC full time (can provide pics of option 1 and 3 if interested).
