4AGZE blowing batt fuses

the GZE keeps blowing fuses linked between const batt and the efi main and fuel pump relay, when it does it, the tachometric relay for fuel buzzes alot then it blows, i drove car for 10mins till it did it today, idled perfectly..

have you put a multimeter to your battery while the engine is running or to the positive wires going to the relays?.... see (while running) if there running above 14v if so there maybe a problem with the rectifier in your alternator...

before that though i would suggest checking and chasing all wires to check for dead shorts / cuts in the wires where bare wire would be exposed to earth

yeah okay ill trynow, i was almost certian it had sumthing to do with the alt, as i hadnt touched the loom , and it was running fine before hand, but i got the alt to work the other day..

yeh its more likely for them to overheat the battery while charging if the diodes in the rectifier are gone but ive seen stranger shit happen...

olkay av 13.6v... at relay termiinals, 14.3v const at batt.... i wrigled som wires and it dropped revs lol... im trying to trace it, so keen to sell this thing lol too man troubles.. dditn blow fuse today, was running for solid 20min..i checked for a dead short too, but nothing, if B+ (ecu and sensors) tripped would it blow the efi batt line fuse, as th efi main relaysupplys B+??
