Thanks for that Rod. I am about to start on the R&P conversion and wanted to make the appropriate modifications to the KE70 xmember prior to pulling my car apart. If I have the RA23 xmember it allows me to modify the width and get the engine mount brackets in place and thus shorten the time the car is off the road.

I took the crossmember with the motor when i bought Darrens 1g....
but yeah i fitted a ra40 crossmember to mine a couple times now....
I have one beside my shed if you need it... and are in newy.

My 28 has Darrens Second round of 1G powered RA40 goodness. He pulled out the 3S and went back to a 1G but then sold the whole project (to me) before it was finished.
