TA22 petrol lines around fuel tank

As my TA22 was purchased in many many parts I hope I've connected everything up correctly.

What I would like to know is where do all the fuel hoses go. I have one to the engine, one returning from the engine, one from the filler next to the tank and one that goes no where. Where does this hose go, vent to the atmosphere?

This should be to a vent line that has a check valve and runs through the rubber grommet in the floor pan. You can trace it back on the diagram below.
