I'll wash mine tomorrow night after work, it's not tooooooo dirty anyway.

At least it won't be a chilly start to the morning and it's looking like it will be drier than last year.

I was gonna post exactly the same thing I understand going to the gym to justify going to the pub, but didn't know you could combine the two with a kangaroo for the kiddies!

While you're in this section Rivdude, any chance you might be able to please take the "sticky" marker off the classic celica cruise notification in the ACT Events listing? I don't know why it bugs me, but it does.... oh shit, I think I just gave you reason to leave it there now! damn.

    Cheers

The thread title is Marquess in the Park, consequently when I saw little gem from friend Kedderz I damn near choked on my Jim Beam.

Will try and remember to snap some shots from the day, unless I fall asleep under a shady tree

Thanks River for removing the sticky, now my life is complete. I can rest easy (on re-reading, that sounds really wrong)

Hmmmmm, Baconer is awfully quiet about his day of acceleration & sound tests with the 1JZ RA23 today..... is the car impounded, written off, broken down, or perhaps its owner is in jail, or worse yet, still hasn't pulled his pants back up? I guess we will see if he turns up tomorrow

    haha, smart arse.

Funnily enough, today's 'testing' ended with the 23 on the back of a tow truck for one of the above reasons.

Not a bad day out at MITP today hey, nice to have some cooler weather, even if the wind was a beatch. More than one classic Celica in attendance too, whoo WHOO!

    I've learnt two things today:

1.) You don't need to have the nicest car to get the most attention at the show (if you were there, then you know what I mean, and no, it wasn't me )

2.) Someone else's engine conversion wiring is near impossible to diagnose for faults. Baconer has his pants down (again) for this reason......

Will put some pics up later, right now its off to do boring domestic duties like mowing lawns

haha, wasnt the gearbox, the fuel pump pooped itself (wiring related). Only just got the car towed a few minutes ago, sitting stationary in a car for 4 hours is not a fun way to spend a sunday afternoon

Pretty sure I know what car you're talking about Phil. Its attraction was its safety features.
