Hilux wont move :(

MIssus reversed the hilux (rn25) out of the driveway and went to select 1st and now it wont move, loosened the handbrake as thought it may be problem but still no good. Passenger side rear wheel seems locked, could it be axle? Car seems to engage all gears fine just the rear wheel is locked up.
any ideas?

problem solved!!!!!
took drums off rear to find a pad had broken cleanly off, c*nt mechanics decided to use second hand parts to fix brakes last week yet charge me a bucketload
Goes to show your better of doing things yourself.
Not happy!!!
