a340 speed sensor wiring?

Hi guys im just trying to wire up a apexi rsm and i need to find out some wires on the speed sensor for the gearbox. I have two here, one is -

green white and red - the other is

yellow black and red - oviously black is easy but which is power and signal?

also i cant seem to find anything on the website about where to wire the shift light up?

any info would be greatly appreciated!

They are different colours to the loom on my A340, mine has the speed signal wire as Blue & Red... damn toyotas never seem to keep the same wire colours from model to model!
