What are you trying to put it in?
Does any one know of any one who has built a true Rear Sump configuration including the cast alloy section to suit a 1JZ or 2J engine ? & if so who did it & how much did it cost ...
Dont think i will be swamped with replies, but fingers crossed ..
Thanks in advance ..

Still weighing things up at the moment, but possibly going to put it in an old 2 door 242 Volvo i have, so its needs to be a true rear sump, not the one that Toyota call a rear sump & its still forward of the rear ..
So what i need is a rear sump that sits right at the back of the motor, basically like a reversed front sump set up ..
Rob ..
Doing it like that creates problems with flexplate to torque convertor bolts, which is why Toyota didn't do it.
But if you are running a manual, this isn't an issue.

as far as im aware the closest factory sump you'll get is a mid-rear
your 3 choices are front, true-mid, and mid-rear
