1mzfe wiring

can ANYBODY help me out with this?!?!?

im doing a 1mzfe > sw20 conversion, im buying the engine and doing the swap very soon, ive got all the pieces to the puzzle except the 1mzfe wiring (body harness ECU)

ive got ONE 1mzfe wiring diagram but that one is for the twin cam one, while i have quad cams.

can anyone help me out 2002/2003 avalon 1mzfe quad cam ecu wiring diagram!

PLEAASEEE

or if anyone knows where to find one. any help will be appreciated!!

Dude, if you put a 1MZ-FE in an SW-20, where will you fit?

Pretty sure there was never a 1MZ-E. Any 1MZ-"F"E is Quad Cam.

Technically though its twincam, since the heads are twincam. You arnt fitting 4 cams in per head

Twincam? All 1mzfe motors were quad cam. There was never a 1mz-e, however they did make a 3vzfe and a 3vz-e which was single cam. This v6 swap has been done plenty of times. I would suggest visiting a few of the mr2 forums on offer across the web and maybe pming some of the users that have performed this swap. IE http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/forums/

And it's Toyota anyway, so surely it is Four Cam

Highly doubtful as most of the v6 docs i've seen have listed it as a fourcam. Yes twincam per head but still fourcam all up. The badge on my car "2VZFE" has fourcam written into it, the front cam cover has fourcam stamped into it. Anyway we are railroading this guys thread. PM Jaemas on this forum as he has performed a 3vzfe swap into Sw20 and he might be able to give some pointers.

cuz theres 4 cams in total, but yes twin cam per head.

yeah it fits, its been done before, but not with the newer version of 1mzfe. i believe there are two versions, the older one in the older avalons (pre 2000) which do not have vvti, and then the newer ones 2000-2004 which DO have vvti.

can anyone help me with the wiring diagrams?
