    Default 1UZFE Wiring Issues

Hey I know it's out there on the net somewhere but can't seem to find much info on 1UZ ecus. Just bought a whole LS400 parts car to donate the motor to my JZX90 Mark II(I'm a kiwi).

    Got 3 main questions:

-What needs to be done to remove the traction control function?
-What needs to be done to remove the 180km/h speed cut?
-What needs to be done when swapping from auto to manual? i.e. start inhibitor switch

Any other wiring tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Rob

without much success, we may get asked to do a search ,its ok for the guys that have been raised with computers , but for old geezers like me , i am still coming to grips with electricity

So will it work as normal with the traction control still fitted?

Speed cut defender is an aftermarket thing? So I can't remove pin from the ecu or anything like that?

If the auto is removed will it stay switched as if in Park or Neutral?

Yes, it will behave as it the traction control doesn't exist. It actually has it own ecu, and requires all the ABS speed sensors to be installed in order to work.

Yes, its an aftermarket unit. You can try and not wire up the SPD wire, but I can't remember if it still cuts or not.

    Will what stay switched?
