3vzfe inlet manifold removal & repair manual

hey guys

having issues getting my 3vzfe inlet manifold off, everything is undone but i cannot get the fecker off, ive tried hitting thie a rubber mallet on every angle posslible and pulling in every direction but to no avail, does anyone have any hints?

also

im after a 3vzfe repair manual online obviously as im far to cheap to buy one does anyone have an OCR'd/PDF'd manual?

Have you removed the two braces at the rear of the manifold

ah sorry i should clarify, the top half of the manifold has been taken off, its the lower half that im having problems with

The gasket can be very hard to crack. Try gentally prying it with a screwdriver. Also make sure the timing belt bracket is off at the front of the motor.

yeah i have been trying to pry it with a screwdriver, its pretty tough, you wouldnt have a electronic copy of the 3vz camry repair manual would you? i can only find ones for the 1mz
