2jz engine mounts? compatible with 1j?

hey guys,

looks like im going for a 1jz instead of a 1jz now for my cressy.

i had tested fitting some mounts with a 1jz and they lined up well.

can i use those same mounts? i dont know how different the blocks/mounting points are..?

or if someone else has a suggestion of what they used that would also be helpful.

car is a S1 mx83 (i also have a jxz81 x-member which is the same as S2).

ohh,

and im planning on using the jzx81 auto box that i brought earlier,

im 99% sure this will work with the 2jz, but the plugs will probaly be different. i still have 7mge plugs which im fairly sure are the same. possible to splice in the 2jz loom to the 7mge one for the auto box?

not sure if its coming with toque converter/flex plate.. these also compatible?



ill have more questions a bit alter on but will sort them out when i come to them
