not in barbados nowtf do you need straight cut gears for in an e58 anyway?? they are plenty strong for anything a 4A-GZE could ever throw at it
Do anyone know any straight cut dog engagement gear manufacturers for the above gearbox

Second that, they're a very, very tough box...

Apparently the E56 (with the cast alloy 5th gear cover) is slightly stronger.
Try these guys.

They are in australia but they might ship to you or even be able to tell you someone near you that could get the gears off.
That link will most likely be for a C series box.
You wont need that with a E series! they are plenty strong. Strong enough to survive my 500hp and circuit racing. Just make sure you run some decent thick oil.
And yes the E51/52/56 has 30% wider gears over the E58. The E58 is actually easier to shift faster as the gears are lighter and easier to slow down. Thats what I found with drag racing and flat shifting until I stripped 2nd gear of the E58 box so went to a E51.

I read an article on twobrutal.com about interchanging camry ratios to end up with a close-ratio E58, have a search for it if you're interested..
