I've been asked if we can all enter the venue as a group so if you could all please try and get there before 4:30 pm then that would be very handy. If you are not within the venue by this time you have up until 5:45 pm to come and see me otherwise your spot will be given up to the next person on the reserved list.

I wont be there before 4:30 man. I dont leave work until 4, and with a car and trailer expect to be there around 5...

But take 10mins to unload car and warm up, hopefully you'll spot me before its to late to come find you But i will be there!

How, who, where is this meeting spot? At the front gate? Scruitneering shed? Staging lane? I'll be there nice and early regardless if you need a hand setting up or something.... Not really anything to set up I guess.

not sure this is a good idea, the entry isnt that big.

how about everyone just go in and meet at the back of the very back of the pit area? wont make a difference if we enter at the same time as long as we all get organised and go through scrutineering and paperwork at about the same time??

this might be a bad idea also??

It really shouldnt matter to much, just as long as you get into scrutineering 'around' the same time, (remember left lane is a weigh bridge also), they will put you down in the same lane

Also, meet in the carpark, cause u dont want to miss out...

Also, for media pass, contact in advance and they will give you...

I've only been to WSID once before and if I remember correctly, there is a area close to the front entrance where people can park. Us ACT folk will be there from around 3:30 pm so if we can get close to that then we can make some room for anyone else that turns up later to move there.

Other than that, you're right to say that the most important thing is that we try to all hand our forms in at the same time.
