Check uni joints, engine mounts, gearbox mount. If they are good, your engine tune is out to buggery. Dirty throttle body etc.

Hi,
I looked at a ute the other day and it has a problem where you are say in second, you are driving trying to stay on say 40k's(not braking or anything).
When you take you're foot off the accelerator it jolts or bunny hops don't know the correct terminology. Jolts like you're almost dropping the clutch or something.
I was told by the guy its a tail shaft uni joint but thought I'd ask some opinions from people?
If you need more detail just ask I'll do my best to explain it.
Thanks,
Marcus

Possibly diff related. I have a similar issue if you don't let off smoothly and it feels like it's coming from the rear of the car.
if you've got an aftermarket computer, I'll put money on it being the tune (especially if the problem started around the time you put the computer in). Otherwise, as mentioned, check all the mounts for all your driveline components
