Spring rate selection (GA61) *HELP, NEED REAR SPRING RATE*

I've just sent the order through to AJPS for the rear springs, I asked for 4.5kg, but apparently the king springs are 3.8kg rear, and 2.9kg front.

My real question is: What spring rate should I be using to go with the 5kg front springs? Emphasis is still on a good, balanced car that is compliant enough to drive to 300km without being majorly annoying...

Should I be looking at firmer front springs also?
