There are, most GOOD instrument shops will have them (example, Mobile Instrument Services in blacktown NSW)......
GT - sorry, you are correct about the 7800rpm cut on the 20v.... however that SHOULD be 8200rpm!!!
Josh is also correct re. idle functionality.
It IS worthwhile doing. You will also find that on a majority of EFI toyota post 1985 that the speedo, although mechanically driven, has a "4P" output!! (4-pulse/revolution) Have a search around for the 20V "speed signal fix"
