Heya guys.....I have a ST185 GT4 with a CT26 and was wondering what would be a good replacement turbo for it without having to change injectors and ECU.
I was thinking a KKR 330 or KKR 380 with an adapter plate and redo the Dump. I want it to be still street friendly and not laggy but still have a good response like more modern turbo cars have.
I run a FMIC as well so dont need it to match up to a top mount.![]()

A KKR380 would be quite reasonable
No need for fuel management mods, will make more power on less boost than the CT26, and will also hold its power further up the rev-range.
But i doubt the response would be similar to modern turbo cars...

Does Chinese company makes this kind of product ? Is it safe to use Chinese product ?
I want to know how is the overall performance between using CT20B turbo and this KKR 380 turbo ? I heard the CT20B turbo is also suitable for street. Which is better and wch one does not need much modification ?
Please advice.
I am plannng to go for same kind of mods too. Please advice. Thanks.
KKR are sold by Otomoto in Australia
Seeing as you are in Indonesia that probably isn't that helpful.
A chinese one could be a shot in the dark, it could be fine or it might not be, and if they fail it can wreck your engine as well.
If you could get hold of a CT20B that may be the easiest way to go about it for you, it bolts onto the standard manifold as well![]()
