1jz/2jz jzs133 TRUE MID SUMP capacity?

lotsa searching hasnt reveled anything, and the local toyota and castle hill yota arent helpfull

so far ive found that soarers are roughly 5 trs with filter

?

It varies a lot from sump to sump, and year to year.
I know the JZX90 sumps take more than the JZX81 sumps (probably due to dipstick length)

But I'm curious why you need to know?
I thought you had a new sump with matching dipstick and tube?

The only way you'll know for sure is to look at a JZS133 owners manual (good luck! )

thats just it, i dont have the dipstick or tube for the jzs133, ive just got a front sump dippy,

and going via another thread, the dipsticks and tubes are all wacky over the 1j/car model range.....

it was full via the dipstick but changed the oil...and looks to be only 3 or so litres,....

i put it a full 4.5ltrs (as i didnt change the filter).....and its reading up the stick.....

im gonna try toyota again, and see if they can get the sticks and tubes yet.

Ahh, Toyota were too slack to get the dipstick/tube. Fair enough then.

They are like $30 each! I recently bought a UZZ30 stick.

But yeah, as a guess, 4.5L sounds about what I'd put it if I had no other choice

but anyone got a toyota manual listing the amount?
