Ae112r Sportivo Boost...

Hey there guys im new around hear.....im looking at buying a 2001 AE112R SPORTIVO COROLLA TURBO and was wondering if anyone has modded one of these...id be looking at upping the boost a bit (not sure what they run standard) and changing the exhaust nothing over the top just get a bit more out of it...any info on this model (ie problems etc how much boost this engine can handle & be reliable) and mods would great....

as far as i know, these are rare ish, i know of one around adelaide that has had some mods, just little stuff little stuff like front mount, exhaust and slight boost increase. i think to maybe 8psi but im not sure.

hey have a fmic stock i know that, i think there was 112 that were released, i know its an odd small number.
just like aything, zaust, maybe bigger fmic, bit of boost, cold air intake will give a pretty good little power increase.
doesnt anyone on here even have one?

Personally I would just do the exhaust and intake and leave it at that.

It's not like you can just grab a new motor from an importer if you fuck this one up.

I don't want to modify it... I just need a new car cause my one has a Blown Head Gasket. I've always loved the AE112R & i've got the choice of 2- The Sportivo or just a standard Ascent. I'm more inclined to go the Sportivo.
