    Front Track 1440 mm
    Rear Track 1380 mm

the rear wheels should stick in 30mm on each side... that is how they were made.

as long as your mate doesn't mind getting defected all the time

ahh i see, 30 mm in for the rear....what ever floats their boat!

would a set of springs made for ae92 corolla go in this just fine? i know ae82 and ae92 and ae95 front springs are interchangable, but would ae95 and ae92 REAR interchangable ?

this would really help us out

    take a spring out.
go to wrecker, or spring shop.
    compare the two springs...
    profit?

i couldn't find any listings that shoed them as the same part number, which might be due to length or strength.

you have a spring there.. pull it out and check

yeah hes wanting me to "find the info" on the net for him and says he needs his car every day so he doesnt want to take a spring out, compare ,put it back in and do it again when he gets his springs lol

also spring shops arent exactly in his budget, these 90 dollar ebay king springs fit the bill nicely...i do understand your logic, its what i would do, but hes fussy EDIT: and poor lol

when he reads this he'll be "WHAT THE HECK" but denis ,u know its true lol i told u get the spring out and compare with some we wanna buy!

    right..
so he has 1K for rims that don't fit the car....

and then doesn't have $200 for springs...

perhaps he could sell the car, and buy something that will fit the rims? preferably a cheaper car so he can afford springs

lol well he got the rims for 900 tonight...and i just saw them, i was wrong about the front sticking out 1.5 inches in actual fact is is under an inch, mayb 15-20mm

things are looking good im going to buy the springs for him on a hunch they will fit...lol and if they dont i hope i can sell them on!

there arent any springs for 200 only on ebay for 240 plus post, and they are exact same king springs on ebay..
wholesale suspension want 450 to lower his car, as do pedders etc.....

way i see it, get the springs, the fronts will fit for sure, get my mate who will install for 50 with spring clamps and air compressor tools etc....and hope the rear fits and if it doesnt at least the fronts will be in and we will have had the rear springs out to measure and take down any relevant model numbers etc so we can order the correct rear king springs to match the fronts

    i think its gonna work

thanks for ur help oldcorollas !

read the thread on rollaclub that i found easily with a google search... before you buy springs...
hey, you could even contact the two people there that had bought springs.... one raised the car, and one got stuffed around.

lower whole car for $450 = roughly $200 for rear springs....

15-20mm is not bad, but car is still illegal from increased track (had to be said, since "toymods" does not publically condone illegal mods... )
(edit, and get said mate to report back on any steering issues afterwards )
