Short answer is "how fat is your wallet?"
Anything can be used... if you're willing to pay the engineers, welders and authorities, sure... It's do-able...
The only part I'd suggest would 'possibly' be relatively easy to use, would be the Diff centre, if you were to track down a late model Townace diff... I'm pretty sure the diff codes were the same (I've got a Townace I'm chopping up, and my brother has a JAZ80)
The difference of the front suspension style, and the fact the MX22 runs solid diff, not IRS would mean not much of the JZA80 stuff would be usable...
Actually, If I wasn't changing to a 5 stud, going from your thoughts, I'd look into that diff centre further myself...
